Check-In
Direct bookings: from 2pm. Third-party bookings (Booking.com etc.): from 3pm. If you need to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance.
Check-Out
Direct bookings: by 11am. Third-party bookings: by 10am. Luggage storage is available on request.
Parking
Free street parking is available on Arvon Avenue and surrounding streets with no restrictions. There is no private car park.
WiFi
Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property.
Dining
Room-only during the main season (March–October). Limited breakfast provision may be available outside the main season — please enquire.
Children
Children aged 4 and above are welcome. Family rooms are Room 8 and Room 11. We do not have facilities suitable for children under 4.
Pets
Pets are not accepted during the main season. Small dogs may be considered outside the main season — please contact us before booking.
Accessibility
Room 1 and the Guest Lounge are on the ground floor. There is no lift. All other rooms are on the first or second floor.
Smoking
The Rosedene is a strictly non-smoking property throughout.
Luggage
Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out on request.
